- Must have at least 15 years of Group A service in Indian Railways, Government Departments, or PSUs.
- The Chief Operations Manager oversees safety monitoring, punctuality, train operations, coordination with Zonal Railways and the Railway Board, traffic planning, marketing, and administrative functions.
