Qualification and Experience Required for Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2025:
Qualifications:
- B.E/B. Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from an AICTE-approved college/institute or a recognized university.
Experience:
- A minimum of 30 years of experience in the Defence Forces, with at least 15 years in DGQA, DGAQA, or DGNAI.
- Retired as Major General or equivalent rank or higher.
- Experience as head of DGQA, DGAQA, or DGNAI is desirable.
- Hands-on experience in leading Quality 4.0 implementation with defence manufacturers.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems, Reliability Engineering, and Audit Systems is an added advantage.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and driving innovative quality systems is desirable.
Tenure for Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2025:
The selected candidate will be appointed for one year, with the possibility of annual extensions based on performance and business requirements, up to a maximum tenure of three years or until reaching 65 years of age, whichever comes first.
